GENERAL HATHA YOGA FOR ALL
The sessions have a strong focus on postural alignment and the use of yoga props such as belts, blocks, bricks, bolsters, yoga chairs, yoga blankets and wall ropes to help you achieve this. It is suitable for all abilities as the tutor is skilled at modifying postures for the individual.
The Tutor, Sharada Rao, holds two diplomas in Teacher Training.
IYENGAR YOGA
Sharada has over seventeen years experience of practising and teaching yoga and specializes in working with those living with fatigue, depression, stress, anxiety and insomnia. Her British Wheel of Yoga and Iyengar based approach to yoga helps clients manage their arthritic symptoms, control their blood pressure, ease chronic pain and increase their strength and flexibility- allowing them to get back to doing the activities they loved.
